Pluto

Pluto goes Direct in Aquarius.

Lately, we have been diving into the shadow-the uncomfortable, messy part of ourselves. Pluto’s shifts over the last couple of years has been shaking things up, bringing changes and exposing what has been hiding in plain sight. Seeing the underbelly of society with greater clarity and giving us broader perspective.

Pluto aka Hades, Lord of the underworld. Sitting right next to Persephone on her throne. But this is not about a religious concept of an external entity bringing negativity.  It is helping us to understand ourselves on a deeper level- Seeing all parts and confronting what we might want to avoid.

What happens when Pluto starts moving forward (direct) after months of moving retrograde (backwards)?

First, the change in direction doesn’t just happen automatically.  There is a period of time the planet stations or appears to be not moving.  As Pluto sits for a moment it will be putting extra focus on the Aquarius part of our lives.

When Pluto sits retrograde, all that pressure, shadow-work, and inner processing happens behind closed doors. It’s internal. But the second that energy switches directions and starts moving forward the lid comes off the pressure cooker. All those deep realizations are suddenly forced out into the open world.

People either dig in their heels defensively, or they’re waking up, looking at their own part in the mess, and saying, “I am done playing small.”

In everyday life, this looks like:

 * People stop swallowing their frustration or quietly tolerating a bad dynamic and say, “I’m done.”

 * Conversations you can’t un-have: Things that were swept under the rug are brought out into the light, whether we like it or not.

The shadow work isn’t easy, but it is a part of the process.   The willingness to work with Pluto’s energy is tied right into our ability to manifest, and make the changes to make our dreams a reality.  When we stop hiding from the truth. When we are willing to face the unknown, and stop wasting our energy fighting wasted battles.  We reclaim our energy, and start taking action towards our vision.

Pluto’s station direct through Aquarius isn’t hitting your whole life equally.  It is concentrating on one specific house.

Like everything else Pluto isn’t acting in a vacuum. It’s part of a powerful cosmic circuit—Uranus in Gemini (sudden mental breakthroughs and radical release), Neptune in Aries (bold, intuitive fire and sacred courage).
