The Aries Full Moon
I’ve been sitting with the energy of the Aries Full Moon, trying to figure out how to write about it in a way that truly honors what it is. As I am on my umpteenth rewrite, I realize that this is the energy of the Full moon showing up in my own chart. With the full moon sitting in my 5th house of creativity and sun lighting up my 11th house of technology and humanity, this Full Moon is highlighting the part of my chart that asks me to create, experience joy, and consider how that expression is shared with the world. Being creative, sharing our writing, our ideas, our art, whatever it may be is vulnerable, it is scary and it can be hard not knowing how others will respond. This full moon for myself and other Sag Risers is bringing awareness to this part of our charts.
While the Full Moon is highlighting creativity and self-expression for me, it is ultimately about the balance between ourselves and others. The awareness of this full moon brings may show up differently for you. Think of it as asking you to consider not only how others are impacting you, but also how you are impacting others.
Where Aries shows up in our charts is where we are being asked to be bold.
Aries energy is about action, it is initiation, it is fiery and bold. But take a moment to consider this full moon differently. Because the Full Moon is not about jumping blindly. It is about awareness. It illuminates what we have not been able to see before. Providing us with a new perspective. Allowing us to see our patterns, behaviors, and circumstances more clearly. It is from this awareness that transformation happens.
The Aries Full Moon reminds us that relationships are not just about the other person. They reveal how we ourselves are showing up
Having this awareness-Use the energy of today's Aries Full Moon to look at:
Where do you give too much of yourself away?
Where do you place unnecessary burden on others?
Where have you been expecting someone else to meet a need that only you can meet for yourself?
Where has a desire to keep the peace or fear of judgement kept you from being authentically you?
This isn't about running the story over and over in your head or rewriting the draft again and again. It is about trusting your inner knowing, following that initial guidance and having awareness of what pieces of yourself to share and what to hold close.
Is there is a truth you are unwilling to see? A desire you’ve been talking yourself out of? Or a next step you are avoiding?
Whether this Full moon is illuminating a relationship, a desire, or a part of you asking to be reclaimed, trust what you are being shown. Then as you move forward, do so with your heightened awareness
Sometimes the awareness isn’t about the other person. Sometimes it is about seeing ourselves more clearly, recognizing how to boldly be ourselves, while still honoring others.
